You Are Now Required To Attach Photo In MySejahtera When Reporting Covid-19 Self-Test Result

If you are wondering how to declare when you are Covid-19 positive, MySejahtera recently updated a new feature that allows users to attach or take a photo of your self-test result and fill up a single page form. Previously, users will need to fill up a form and declare whether their result is positive, negative, or invalid.

If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms like sore throat, fever, cough, or flu, you should definitely conduct a self-test before heading out. According to Health Director-General Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, those who were in close contact with a Covid-19 positive case should conduct a Covid-19 self-test at least 5 days after the contact.

Meanwhile, the latest protocol that was updated on 17 February showed that close contacts will be required to test themselves if there are Covid-19 symptoms. For those who have already received their booster shots, you will only need to self-isolate for 5 days.

Those who tested Covid-19 positive and fully vaccinated will only be required to quarantine for 7 days, regardless of having symptoms or not. However, individuals who did not complete their vaccination will be required to quarantine for 10 days.
