If you’re trying to get walk-in vaccinations, you should do that ASAP as the walk-in vaccinations in the Klang Valley will be ending in a couple of days! Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba said from 16 September onwards Klang Valley residents will be able to get vaccinated at selected public health clinics.
This decision was made due to the low turnouts and small number of unvaccinated residents. Dr Adham Baba added that the list of public health clinics will be announced soon. “The lower daily vaccination figures in Malaysia is a good sign. I expect the vaccination rate is expected to show a slowdown in the coming weeks,” he said during the handover ceremony.
“Walk-in vaccinations in other states will be carried out. The public are advised to follow the announcement issued by state Health Departments on the latest walk-in information.”
According to Dr Adham Baba, as of 7 September 69.9% of the total adult population in the country have completed their Covid-19 vaccination. If you have yet to register for your vaccination, please do so to keep yourself and your loved ones safe!
