Here’s The Updated SOPs To Follow From 12 May To 7 June 2021 During MCO 3.0 In Malaysia
We understand that the SOPs for MCO 3.0 have been all over the place from so many announcements lately, so we decided to list down the current SOPs that have already been updated as of 12 May 2021. Apparently, netizens nationwide will adhere to the same SOPs from 12 May to 7 June 2021.

Travelling
Only 3 pax allowed in a single vehicle
Inter-district and interstate travel is not allowed only those with police permit or with MITI & employment letter is allowed
Long distance married couples can cross interstate only if there is permit from PDRM
Inter-district and interstate travel is allowed for those involved in vaccination programmes at PPV, just show your appointment details from your MySejahtera app at roadblocks

Businesses
All eateries and food stalls can only operate from 6AM to 10PM
Dine-in not allowed at all premises
Convenience stores can operate from 6AM to 10PM
Hospitals and clinics can operate 24 hours
Daily markets, morning markets and farmer’s markets can operate from 7AM to 2PM, with strict SOPs in place and RELA team on site
Wholesale markets can operate from 12:01AM to 6AM and 11AM to 4PM, with strict SOPs in place and RELA team on site
Night markets can operate from 4PM to 10PM, with strict SOPs in place and RELA team on site
Veterinary clinics and pet shops can operate from 6AM to 10PM
Laundromats, optical shops, car washing centres, salons (only limited to hair trimming services) can operate from 6AM to 10PM

Activities/ Sports
Only individual non-contact sports and recreational activities are allowed, such as jogging, cycling, and exercise

Businesses And Activities That Are Not Allowed
Spas, reflexology, massage parlours and manicure & pedicure services
Cinemas
All social gatherings and celebrations as well as official and non-official ceremonies
All activities in relations to Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE)
Tourist attractions such as zoos, farms, aquariums, and more
Art, cultural, and heritage centres such as museums and libraries
Theme parks, indoor playgrounds, and karaoke
Performances at hotel lounge and indoor/outdoor busking
