Beijing Zoo Animals Fought With Each Other After Seeing Humans Do The Same
In today’s news of bizarre events around the world, some animals at the Beijing Wildlife Park have started fighting among each other, all because they witnessed a physical brawl between two groups of tourists at the park.
In a viral video, at least six people were shown to be fighting at the zoo, pulling on each other’s hair, tearing clothes, slapping, and dragging one another. At one point, a woman carrying a child was even seen forcefully kicking another woman on the ground.
A big fight that occurred at the Beijing Wildlife Park yesterday apparently set a very bad example for the animals witnessing it. According to the park, the animals imitated these wild humans and had their own altercation at night. According to the park authority, the incident started as a verbal dispute that quickly escalated into a physical altercation. And through the whole ordeal, other tourists and animals in the zoo just kept watching. Eventually, a security guard had to step in and put an end to the fight.
But it was too late, the damage was done and the sight was already imprinted into the animals’ minds. As it was their first time seeing humans fighting each other, the animals were probably so surprised that they decided to reenact the scene amongst themselves later in the evening. This time, the zookeepers were the ones to step in to help the animals understand that “fighting is bad, very bad.”
